Back pimples are one of the most frustrating types of acne, and getting rid of it can often be a challenge. The back consists of oil producing sebaceous glands that often get clogged with sweat and dirt, and keeping it clean can be difficult.
There are several remedies for back pimples, here are a few tips that we have found to be effective…
Improve Your Diet – Diets that are high in fat can lead to skin problems, so it’s best to avoid fast food and drink plenty of water. This will help your body flush out toxins and lead to a better complexion.
Avoid Tight-Fitting Clothing – Stick to non-clinging, light clothing. Also, avoid materials such as wool and lycra as they can trap sweat and irritate the skin.
Keep Your Back Clean and Dry – Use soap and a long-handle scrubber to clean your back and remove the dirt and oil which can lead to clogged pores.
Hopefully these tips will prove useful in helping you to get rid of your back pimples. If you don’t notice an improvement after a few weeks, you may want to begin applying a special cleanser and possibly a benzoyl peroxide treatment.
