What are the reasons of Acne?

There are many factors that are the reason of acne. Acne appears on the skin when the oil glands, which are attached to the hair follicles, are moved at the stage of puberty by the high levels of male hormones. Oil is a natural stuff, which greases, and thus, protects the skin. But when the amount of oil increases, which occurs during the stage of maturity of the cells, they are inclined to block the follicular openings. The blocked hair follicle then increases and produces a bump, which allows the irritating material that is accessed by the skin bacteria; hence, produces inflammation.

The inflammation near the skin surface creates a pustule and the deeper inflammation causes a pimple. If the oil gets to the surface a whitehead is created but if the oil becomes corroded, it changes the oil from white to black and thus a blackhead is formed. This shows that the blackheads are not the dirt and thus are not formed because of the improper hygiene.
